I have had mine for a year and it was on the moderately higher scale at purchase but at this present moment my mesh router of course is outdated and I don't have access to settings I wish I had. Wish there was a way i could download software that would keep it resourceful. Considering the need to purchase another router is disappointing.

This app used to work quite well, offering several useful features. I installed the latest update of October 18, 2024. Logging in to the app with existing or updated password no longer works, only automatically generated one-time password. Also, Device Manager stopped working and Device list no longer updates. Instead, it either freezes or displays an error: 'Sorry, your device list failed to load. Please try again later'. I subcribed for Armor Security but no improvement except frustration.

the entire reason I purchased the nighthawk router was for the app. I wanted to easily be able to turn off access to wifi, the app worked for about 6 months and then stopped. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as updating the app. Still doesn't work, you have to login on the web to access the router which takes forever! Very disappointed
