Gaming In The Moment
TL;DR: Inked is a visually unique puzzle game with a hand-drawn art style that adds depth to its emotional story. The puzzles are well-designed and evolve with each level, though the controls can be a bit frustrating at times. The game’s exploration of themes like grief is impactful, but the canvas-collecting mechanic feels cumbersome. Overall, it’s a short yet memorable experience, ideal for puzzle fans.

Gorgeous art, sound, and story. Puzzles were fun and the hidden paintings great! Could get a little janky at times (hero not going where you want, placement of objects not being where you want, the hero moving when you're moving an object, and any double-moving, like an object stacked on a moving object or hero on a moving object). End of the story was a bit cheesy in delivery and the end of the game felt a bit rushed, as all games do, but all in all, this is the type of game I crave more of! :)

Beautiful Game. Short and tells a lovely story. Once you're finished with the puzzles, you can go back through and collect all of the pictures and get concept drawings. The puzzles weren't too difficult. Some were a bit difficult to figure out how the mechanisms worked, but there are quite a few walkthroughs on YouTube. I got it through PlayPass, but I wouldn't have paid for it since it doesn't really take long to do and get everything. However, the dev does deserve compensation for the game.🤷
