Technogym Live

Very basic app functions which it fails to execute. I don't know where to start with this app. The functionality of it on a Galaxy Tab S (latest and greatest) is poor. I think with every page or function there are faults with how it works and what it's supposed to do meaning this treadmill is worse than that of those a quarter of the price. I literally haven't got enough time left in this day to sit and write all the problems with it. I really can't believe that any developer has actually connected to a MyRun and tried this out on a Galaxy Tab. The cascade/home/back buttons of the tablet overlap the bottom of the menu's on every page.. To compound this, I was forced into buying a new tablet because the app won't work on anything but a select few tablets, not your phone and not on windows. Seriously, how hard is it to go through and re-scale the graphics to fit more resolutions? The Challenge's, depending on what options you choose dead-end at a Warning page with an incoherent sentence. There is no button on the Myrun to change your time so when a workout ends, there is a 2 min auto cooldown and then stops. the only way to start the belt moving again is to completely stop that run and start a new run. Rubbish if you've been going hard at it and then you're just stopped and can't walk it off. The cooldown videos are off-treadmill mat work stretches. The belt keeps going for the cooldown and to stop it stops the cooldown video. Are you supposed to memorise it all while walking and then get off and do it after? Spotify? Forget it. The play music to your effort function is rubbish. It doesn't find any of my playlists but gives you a list of genres then loop maybe 6 songs. They go really quickly though because as your effort (don't know if it's BPM, SPM or what) changes when you naturally vary through the run, it just stops the track dead and starts another from the beginning. Bearing in mind, most tracks start slow and build up to get into the track. basically it just stop/starts all the time. I think you'll be starting to see where I'm coming from now. This is by no means a conclusive list and as it is the interface to the treadmill which we have no other way of altering, a really poor effort to the point of me considering returning it one week after getting it. Oh, and Zwift isn't compatible on the MyRun unless it's an iPad. I find this out now after buying differently. For a global 'market leader', this has left a nasty taste in my mouth.

I am very disappointed with the app. I am a Zwift user and I discovered that Technogym is not updating the Android app for over a year. I am not able to update MY RUN treadmill firmware with latest version of because I need the app >1.3 version, and it is only available for Apple. I sent a message asking for a solution for this problem, and if they didn't solve, I will request to refund. Very disappointed.

I installed this app on my smart phone, Galaxy S10 5G, but it doesn't seem to be compatible. When I try to use it I just get the following error message, "Technogym Live does not support the current Display size setting and may behave unexpectedly"
