Excellent simple app. Can change all of the settings that the remote can. Easy to see current settings especially if you can't see the leds on the soundbar from where you're sitting. But the absolute best part of this app is its a LOCAL Bluetooth connection. It does Not go through the internet nor does it require a login. Legitimately, thank you Yamaha

Upgraded my phone to a pixel 8 and this app no longer works. Uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, granted every access, etc...no bueno. It just straight doesn't find the bar even though I'm less than 8 foot from it, with it powered on, and my wife's iPhone works perfectly with it. Update your app or something, this is an embarrassment.

I got this reluctantly because someone thought they owed me, but I thought I didn't hear well enough to benefit. but I was wrong. my ears weren't the problem, I just wasn't getting complete sound out of my TV and now I do out of the sound bar. plus it easily switches to my Pandora stations for relaxed cleaning the house.
