MyChart is probably the most organized, aesthetically pleasing, user friendly app I've ever used. The only issue I have is that in the messaging part, when you are sending a message to one of your physicians, you are only allowed to attach 3 photos per message. This is incredibly frustrating when it's important to have multiple photos from all angles, zoomed in and out, etc., and you have to send 6 different messages to send them all. Other than that one specific thing, I HIGHLY recommend this.

Thank you for the review. Many aspects of MyChart are controlled by your own healthcare organization through setup and settings. We recommend reaching out to them with your photo feedback. If you don't know how to reach them, email us at

If you are young and very tech savvy, this is probably great. Unfortunately I don't see well and have a slight tremor, and my doctor's office relies on this app for communication. With my vision and tremor, this app is frustrating with all the steps I had to go through to try and get it set up, and then to parse through to find my doctor's instructions was beyond frustrating. I despise it.

Previous updates have ruined this app. You can no longer schedule appointments for any 'regular' appt. Only for scans, MRI, ultrasounds, mammogram, etc. Extremely unhelpful! Also, the alerts don't come through anymore informing you of upcoming appointments, messages, or test results. These were the BEST features of this app, and now they're gone and/or don't work. They only got 2 stars because I can still see my test results, albeit in the most chaotic way. But that's how it's always been.
