It has some good features, like instant transfer. However, basic functionality like getting an account statement doesn't exist. You have to wait for the month to complete to get bank statements. That is harmful to businesses who need to proof income to others. Now it's the first of September and miraculously still no account statements available. At the same time they charge about 20 euros for their service. I'm annoyed enough to consider closing my account and open it with a serious provider

The new AI chat help is absolutely atrocious. When urgent help is required there is really no one there. It doesn't transfer you to an agent. As such if you have money stolen you cannot do anything about it! I no longer recommend them!! I'll be changing my bank shortly.

The verification process of Qonto and the responsible partner Fourthline DO NOT care about some foreign nationals. At least they don't care enough to make their app inclusive. After multiple submissions (one upon their request that I verify "Just one more time") - they refused to offer a solution for my account. Much time was wasted, and inconvenience caused. Qonto did not take responsibility - they just pointed at their partner. Revolut are better in this regard - more flexible and inclusive
