BlackNote Notepad Notes

10/10, fantastic app. I absolutely adore this. The folders make it easy to categorize everything neatly, and the lock feature is great if there's anything you want to keep private (diary, gift ideas, etc). My only issue is that the feature to search within a specific note doesn't work quite right, and ends up locking up. But you can search all notes and select the one you want, so it's not a huge deal.

to be frank, the fact that my phone doesn't have a stock note taking app is obnoxious. i have used this app for more than 4 years. it's very limited and has been long overdue for any new features, but it's also simple and functional. this app has been ad free for years. the latest update added obtrusive banner ads. I get it. people gotta make ends meet. but $10 to remove adds is way too much. time to find a new app.

Decent app, like the look, but overall could be better. Needs more customizing options, and it needs to get rid of pop-up ads IMMEDIATELY. I understand banner ads, but there shouldn't be pop-up ads in a note app. What's worse is that it costs $10 to remove ads. A dollar or two should be the max. Scummy practices.
