So far so good. Only started a few days ago. But so far I've dropped 5 pounds and feel more self disciplined. I feel like this is easy to follow and I did go pro so hopefully it's worth the extra 30 bucks at least it's for a whole year. I have failed with other "diets" and this makes me actually look forward to my fasts and work outs or daily/weekly plans.

Okay app if all you want is a timer. It only lets you add two hour increments to keep fasting, but won't let you change it to PM if you go over noon. Also, in free, there is no weight or measurements record option. I deleted and went for the Zero Calories fasting app as it has all that this one is missing including Water drinking.

I've been trying lately to test and try out of many fasting apps available the one I feel comfortable with. Fasting Coach is the one I have empathized the most with. Love the UI and the content as well. I found it is not cluttered and the content is well distributed in the screen. I like it šŸ‘Œ
