App is ONLY a "view" app to get a sense of the restaurants etc on the resort property. I was unable to book a reservation as expected for my resort restaurant option. I thought maybe it was that the restaurant was closed during those hours but once the restaurant was open completely the app still never was capable for making a restaurant for ANY day regardless. It didn't allow a reservation OR order any good damn room service. I had to call via the room phone for room service. App no luck.

Most of the app design is nice and intuitive, but it is so incredibly buggy and poor performing. I don't leave reviews very often, but this app has infuriated me for the few days I have needed to use it for a stay at an all inclusive. I'm frustrated that I'm dependent on it, because half of the things is pretends to do just simply don't appear or work properly. Perhaps this is specific problems with my particular resort? Vivid Grand in Cancun.

It's missing features (like room service from the app), has multiple errors per day (venue locations or poor translations), constantly asks in a pop up window how easy it was to make a reservation, the map doesn't always show the most relevant info (missing building numbers and room numbers or maybe a "home" so it only shows you yours if privacy is a concern") and was overall inconvenient to use. I loved the lists of "what's going on tonight" and menus, but not enough to make it a positive :(
