AIR MATH for Tutor

Really loved this app. It is a very good platform to work for as a Freelancer. The question flow and the behaviour of most of the students is also top notched. The Dev support team or the HR team are also very much cooperative, inclusive and professional. Yeah once in a while there comes certain technical lag and unruly student behaviour but those are once in a blue moon and the concerned teams leave no stones unturned to address those. On top of that payment is also done punctually. AWESOME!!!!

I have answered the doubts of many students but some of the students have neither ended the chat session nor gave any rating . In the app it is mentioned that a chat session ends automatically after 24 hours and task is marked as completed but it has been more than 24 hours and many of my chat sessions still haven't ended yet. The app is not automatically ending the chat sessions and because of that my solved problems count is very low. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

The interface is good but facing only one issue which is sometimes it takes a few seconds to some problems to tell that problem has been taken but in real if close the app and reopen it. The problem would appear...If only I hadn't figured out I would have some questions submit unanswered without me knowing. Please fix
