They have perks with some partners. The trick is the customer needs to pay with a Youtrip card. However, there is a bug that prevents me from registering the card with the partner's payment portal. I contacted Youtrip and I was given a solution. I followeed the steps but the same problem persists. I contacted Youtrip several times but I think they ghosted me. The customer service by the name of Sylvia. I think its a bot.

Slick marketing but terrible service. Claims will send you the physical card within 7 days but took > 2 weeks and when I contacted customer service they clearly didn't even bother to check the date and gave a templated answer of "5 to 7 days" which was 1 week in the past. On top of that the app keeps showing a startup prompt trying to scare you to "upgrade" your credit limit and refuses to take the MAS suggested default of $1000 for an answer, not to mention keeps popping up ads

It is a great app, but there is an issue while resetting the card pin, after keying in the new PIN twice, the page just kept loading and is unable to proceed to next page. Have been trying for the past hour (reinstalling app, restarting my phone etc) and I still can't reset my pin. Feeling helpless as there is no hotline to reach out to.
