Worst app of all times. I chose 2 adults and 2 children and when I completed the booking it chose only one adult. I went to the hotel and they say they can do nothing about it. I checked with agoda. They already withdraw the money although the hotel said they did not get the payment. And there is no way to modify the reservation, add more guests or cancel the reservation. This just straight scam. I had to make new reservation on the hotel so I had to pay twice for the same room.

absolute con of a app. You enter dates, a find a specific hotel, it shows you the rooms at $50 a night, then when you check out the price goes up to $90 with taxes and fees. Since when the hell has taxes and fees been 90% of the price. No other app does this, you find a room the price you see is what you pay..Its an absolute rip off to reel you in

Useless Unreliable App. Even if its their mistake, we will have to bear with them. They will not bear us. Even if it is their mapping issue, they force us to stay in the same property without considering where we had booked and where we require. Not one time, every time i used this app, I had a bad experience. In the last minute when the hotel deny to confirm the reservation, they ask to search for some other hotel. They don't consider our need. We should listen to what they say.
