This is a great concept and there is good customer service. I had a problem with my app that was fixed through an update after my request. there are some weaknesses, however, as you can't send a recipe from one plan to another. this issue creates an inconvenience in effectively using this app. overall, the recipes are great and the ability to plan and use the shopping list is very efficient and enjoyable.

The recipes are underwhelming, with odd ingredients sometimes (ginger in fajitas?), but I'm satisfied that it's healthier than I'd normally prepare during a work week. The 2-week trial is a lie. They give a single 5-day plan, and then never unlock the second week's recipes. Switching services to Platejoy, which seems to be more honest. Also, the grocery list doesn't fully aggregate the same ingredient in the grocery list. For example, you need to calculate 15 fluid ounces plus 3 cups.

The app leaves a LOT to be desired. Lag time from screen to screen makes it nearly unusable. Shopping list doesn't work properly and will not allow proper modification of ingredients on-hand by crossing off the list - the 'hidden' items disappear as soon as you start trying to scroll. Very frustrating that I'm paying for convenience that does not work.
