I love this app. As a medium level fitness enthusiast, this app allowed me to create my own custom workout routines (although there are many built-in options, those are better suited for beginners), and track my progress within those routines over time. My favorite feature is the assisted workout routine. the one thing I wished was included is heart rate and caloric tracking. it's displayed during the workout, but not saved and logged in the data. if they add that, it'd be 5 stars for sure.

This app is excellent. In the past I used an app that had the perfect workout for my goals but the app developers stopped supporting it. It recently became unavailable, so I extracted the data from the app and used hevy with the workouts from the other one. And it does everything I want and need. I've also used the Centr app which had some issues and I wasn't thrilled with the workout plans. Hevy is perfect for building your own plan.

This is by far the best fitness app I have ever used. It tracks previous weights, reps, and sets. It tracks cardio. It tracks weight (and measurements with Pro). It tells me not only my workout time but my lift volume. It saves up to four routines in the free version, and exercises are searchable by type (machine, barbell, dumbbell, etc) and muscle group- perfect for beginners who aren't sure what to hit yet or for athletes looking to focus on more specific goals. Close to perfect.
