I am an end user for inverter Inverex Nitorx, registered the login today through SolarmanPro App. Everything was followed as per step by step & login was created . Upon signing in, I am getting this error , have reset password 2 times but still getting the same error . Please guide for resolution.

Who ever decide to upgrade to this new app from solarmanpro, doesn't know his consumer. This upgrade is nonsense. It's reject my login details, you doesn't want to recover my logins. You can't view batteries and simulated charging at delayed run time. This upgrade is really nonsense.
