No matter what a person does in life you can do a thing without having credit and what's worse than hatbad credit? Having no credit or credit history! That was me starting out but luckily I stumbled on to Capital one and this app and with their help I'm not only establishing credit but also learning how it all works with all 3 credit agencies. If that isn't enough they're also partners with all kinds of business everywhere which allows me to get money back with more stores than I knew existed!!

Absolutely worthless company helps destroy your credit not build it. I had cap1 for over 10 years and hasn't helped my credit one bit. I've had 2 cards with them and paid on time every time. They just kept my credit going in a circle up one month down the next up the following down again. I unfortunately had to stop paying on them because of a recent move. I spoke to a lady and she was so unhelpful she was supposed to do a 3 month plan that didn't even happen. Never am I using cap1 again.

Compared to my American Express this app is okay. I would give it a 5 out of 10 Four year later update this app is trash. Originally gave this app 3 stars now one star I wish give 0. No matter how many times I try to log in on the app it tells me I've been locked out but I can get on a computer. Not at all happy with Capital One. Thankfully I don't have a huge balance so I can pay it off and never use the card again. I've never had an issue with American Express, only Capital One.
