I have been grooming 30+ years. I have used paper "cards" for years. Then used 123 Pets it was a good program. As long as I kept paying for "upgrades". When I went mobile I went back to a paper system. Then came across moego. Figured I would give it a go. It was nice with a click or two client appointments can be rebooked. The 2.0 even has grooming notes. I feature I love. Like anything they are adding new features. Love the maping makes for ease of use!

I love the customer support and the app is easy to use. It's very helpful to keep pet parents informed of their appointments. Makes owning a mobile grooming business much easier. The only thing I wish I could change would be the separate phone number when messaging pet parents. It does get a bit confusing for them. Overall it is worth every penny and I'm glad I found such a great system with great customer service.

In 2019 I've got my first mobile van. I have used MoeGo from the beginning. I really like the messaging, calendar and the mapping feature. They recently upgraded and added lots of new features and are still adding more. It's convenient and fast I'm able to send my customers their invoice and next appointment immediately after their groom.
