Easy to use. Making purchases is simple and quick. I like how it auto fills the payment information. I've been using Klarna for some years now and they have expanded quite a bit. They have a huge selection of stores to shop at. App is alot smoother compared to when I first started using klarna. Love the app!!!(update:app has been running slow and quite glitchy)

Great concept. Incredibly hard to use. Some features don't even work. I selected that I wanted to have four payments of $15, and it took $30 out for the first payment and $10 for the other three. The worst part is that I selected I wanted it delivered to me and it said it would be here between November 20th and 25th I went to check if it was almost here and it said it wasn't even out for delivery because for some reason after I bought it I had to go back and say that I wanted it delivered again.

Having trouble getting my info to load. And my loyalty cards. Had to go online to get anything done in my account. When I contact the company they claim they don't see an issue on their end and trying to do anything on the web version has been so difficult. I had to reinstall the stocard app just to get my loyalty cards.

Hi Chante', we're sorry to hear this. For loyalty cards, try refreshing the Wallet screen by pulling down to see if your cards appear. If they still do not appear, it might be due to a bug or a different email being used than the one in the Stocard app. You can use your loyalty cards without internet. Just tap them to display. We hope this helps.
