When I try to view my cameras live maybe 40% of the time the app works like it should. However if I jump from one camera to another, more often than not, the app severely lags then informs me that it's "establishing secure video channel" then "preparing to play" and finally "unable to play live video." I'll force the app closed, clear the cache which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

1- The notification is not consistent, and the step by step instructions is outdated, that I can't find any of the options in my settings nor the app itself ... 2-Very slow loading, plus misses some videos if you don't refresh many many many times,, and that will get you in trouble thinking nothing else was there, 3- plus it is not users friendly, specifically the slection of videos to delete 'just frustrating'. 4- bugs using it with Samsung Fold specifically in landscape..

1. Scrolling in playback is as bad as it gets. 2. Very poorly implemented motion zones editor. Keeps dragging the whole area instead of working with a corner point. Very frustrating to use for precise editing. 3. Does not show accurate IP address information when address changes. 4. No way to power off camera through the app 5. No pre-roll, so motion detection is always late 6. No continues recording either. 7. Event calendar still shows/marks days where all videos were already deleted.
