Several diagnostic tests to determine the phone is working as it should. If there is still an issue with one of the features to your device, "phone", troubleshoot by restarting your phone or updating the software specific to the feature that failed, then try again. You can also check to ensure the feature has been enabled and the necessary permissions are "allowed" for feature to work. Thorough app! In my experience, if my phone isn't working well, it's a low battery or in a poor service area.

The touch screen test only tests if you have a dead zone on your screen, and is completely incapable of detecting more complex screen issues. My S20 double presses keys, gets stuck pressing a key constantly, sends the Swype cursor flying and moves the blinking line when I'm typing, and none of the accessibility settings will fix it. It very clearly has problems, and despite how Samsung forums recommend Manager for this issue, I truly don't understand why, since it was no help at all.

human interaction demands intuition. being on the same page is a good fundamental start for exchanging information functionally and progressively. otherwise pointing to tutorials and other URLs can give the whole process of device and human interaction The option of going deeper and getting smarter. real people need constant learning options. learning options should include psychologically, a rewarding experience. especially when AI is beginning to intrude on everything I said above. thanks.
