In general, it's okay. I like the focus on getting into conversation quickly; however, in Russian courses, the male and female voices seem to pronounce words differently. It makes it very difficult to find the correct pronunciation when focusing on the sound instead of seeing the word in front of you. The price is way, way too high. This might be valuable to someone traveling who can spend a large amount of time studying before a trip. Ultimately, I'll cancel because I can't find the value.

it's excellent. the language lessons really work and the app works well without issues. a very good job by the app team. edit: I've had to take off two stars after delving further into the Ukrainian lesson because the difficulty level ramps up immediately. it's not a progressive increase in the vocabulary and grammar, it just suddenly leaps like forcing the student to scale and 8 ft wall.

After not using the app after a few years but needing a refresher on a language I re-downloaded and they had to manually restore my purchases except for the one I needed the refresher on claiming they can't find it even though I have more than one email showing proof I purchased through their site. Now costumer service has ignored my emails for 9 days. Maybe don't take things off people's accounts after a few years if you can't restore them.
