Recently, I encounter login issues into the app on my android phone and my wife also had trouble login in from her iphone. It shows an error saying "An Unknown Error Occurred" upon our login attempt. Hopefully, the bug will be resolved and fixed asap. Thank you. Edit: Bug still not fixed.

Where to start with this awful app You can't view your basket unless you register/log in (unlike browser). Try to log in - errors but browser is fine. Try to register new email to get around log in issue - errors. Try to reset password - errors. Spoke to customer service who was zero help and advised to just keep installing and reinstalling until it works or use another device

Awful website and layout, super buggy, and difficult to navigate. Look fantastic has this offer on their website which is download their app and get your first selected order 20% off. Unfortunately I did not get my promo code and customer service is clueless about this, so I would say very cheap of them to lie like this to have people download the app for nothing. Scammers. Avoid
