Update kicked me out of the app. It says to turn wifi off. Doesn't work. Says cellular data is off and needs turned on...it is and always has been on. I have un-installed, reinstalled, restarted my phone, turned my phone off and then back on for a hard reboot. Called customer service and they said they would escalate and call back today...no phone call. What a joke. This is terrible customer service. I will not email, I will not call anymore. It gets me NOWHERE! SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

App stopped working after upgrading. First says unable to authenticate. Turn wifi off. Why should I have to turn it off. Old version never required that. Turned it off. Still wouldn't authenticate. Says mobile data is off. However mobile data is on and I am currently using it. Horrible upgrade. Should do better testing.

It has come to my attention that my inbox is nearly full. In an attempt to fix this, I tried to delete the voicemails. However, I encountered a technical glitch within the voicemail feature. This issue prevents users from deleting all voicemails simultaneously, resulting in a "refresh failed" message. Consequently, users are only able to delete a single voicemail at a time or a maximum of four or five voicemails, and that only works a few times before seeing the same fail message.
