I liked the app , but there are issues I'm waiting to be fixed for a few weeks after the update back then. And it is the lack of refreshing the wallet list & it's assets. Mostly I see "ZERO" in my wallets until I actually open them , yet the wallet list does not show the amount again. It wasn't like this before. So I give only 3 stars until I see real improvement. Thanks to the Team. 👍

The most annoying 5hinh about this app is their lack of support, which is a bot that has been conditioned in a certain way. It offers no help to technical issues like, buying telegram stars and not getting credited. It just keeps repeating the same prompt, annoying the user. When you make a transaction of significant amount and not credited, they tell you to do the stupidest things. Very irresponsible to the vote!

The only support you get from Tonkeeper is being told to 'do your own research.' When issues arise on their end, the app becomes completely unreliable. The support is just as frustrating, they seem to spend more time responding to one-star reviews than actually addressing the problems with the app. I’d recommend staying away from this wallet if you’re looking for reliability and proper assistance.
