I love TRUIST. I was a banker for 24 years, first at several smaller banks, and finally at Bank of America, where I was an executive vice president for Commercial Lending. I'm frustrated after downloading the app. I can't sign in it says it doesn't recognize me. I go through the chat and I'm supposed to wait for someone to help me. I had no problems with SunTrust. So every time I want to do anything with my account I need to go through your website. Very unethical and unprofessional.
