WORST!Extremely disappointed with the HSBC banking app. The interface is outdated, and navigating even basic features feels unnecessarily complicated. It crashes frequently, making it unreliable for urgent transactions.The biometric login rarely works, forcing me to reset my credentials repeatedly.Additionally, the app is incredibly slow and lacks many essential features that other banking apps provide seamlessly. The lack of proper customer support for app-related issues adds to the frustration

The statement system is horrible. The debit card transactions won't show on your application on real time basis, whats the use of application when you have to log in in a browser to get a statement! I had a disputed otc transaction and vendor needed a transaction ID from my side to raise a refund request. It's been 3 working days and the transaction won't show up in my statements. Even in the browser it shows up as a total hold up! No transaction ID there too. App doesn't serve anything!

The app feels outdated and overly complicated, like a kid can build a better app.Managing accounts, logging into internet banking, and viewing payment mandates require separate steps and even additional logins. You can’t check simple details like EMI schedules, and if you want to turn a transaction into an EMI, you have to call support—something that’s standard in other apps. Reviews seem fake because there’s no way this deserves 4 stars. Good bank services, but the app shows zero customer care.
