About this app

Welcome to the Pranaria.
Few people know what a big role breath exercise plays in the life of each of us.

Correct and deep breathing with the diaphragm allows you to increase the volume of air inhaled by the lungs and improve the saturation of body cells with oxygen. Pranayama completely normalizes the work of the whole organism: equalizes pressure, improves heart function, removes anxiety and stress. According to the lung capacity test: they hold 3-6 liters of air, but usually, our effective volume is just only 400-500 ml of air.

In Pranaria, we have collected the best free breathing exercises based on both ancient Vedic and Sufi prana yoga practices and modern scientific research.

How practices can help:
⦿ Prana breathe yoga will help you to relax and focus;

Apparently you can edit each sound to listen to something else in its place. The background sound (a melody), the phase change sound, and a metronome for keeping time. The problem is the optional sounds wont play so I left having to stare at my phone instead of listening and breathing with my eyes closed. Annoying at bedtime. I've emailed three times with zero response. I won't renew.

I was looking for an app to practice Pranayama exercises I learned years ago in Yoga. This app came the closest to what I wanted. I like you can focus on 3 programs and get reminders. I like the visuals for where I am in the breath. I just wish it offered some exercises I know - lions breath, alternate nostril breathing, breath of fire, etc. I could probably set a custom, but those would be a nice addition.

I like the timer itself. As for the rest of the program, there is no way to actually edit a daily plan that I can find. Once you've put something in you can't change it. The design is bad, not much thought put into it. The timer itself is useful and I will use it but I see no reason to subscribe.
