I downloaded the app because on the obuvki. bg is promised a discount when shopping. I did not receive any discount - neither for the application nor for the first order. The shoes arrive without a review option. Later I decided to return them as I hadn't hit the number. It took me a long time to search in the app how to request a return. I didn't find such an option, but through a link in their email I managed anyway. Now I have to wait 14 days for a refund. I would never order again from them.

The app has big issues. Out of 4 orders placed in the app only one was delivered to me, the other 3 got stuck in the system. They take your money, you wait for your order in vain only to learn it was never processed. Then you have to send a lot of emails to ask for your refund. A big waste of my time, I will never ever use this app again.

Always fast. Never missed an order and made the return service very easy - all I did was request a return and the courier came to pick it up and I had a refund within a week. (Nothing wrong with the product, I just got the wrong size) Thank you!
What's new
In the latest version we updated the screen of the sold out product and introduced new orders statuses. In addition, we have corrected some errors occurring in the previous version and introduced improvements regarding the stability of the application. We encourage you to download and wishes for successful shopping!
