Visually, it is a great improvement from the old one. But functionality, it is missing more features. It only reflects my Current and Credit Card accounts. My car loan is not displayed and there are no options to include it. Credit Card functions like Cash Installment Plan is also not included. There are a lot for HSBC to improve on.

This application discriminates against the Galaxy tab S2 and Samsun Galaxy tab A 2016 as the message just says it is not compatible with this device. If this is the only device that you have, the only advice they can give you is to try on another device, so buy another device. What is this? When you need the application, this happens. First it was downloaded on the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2016 and was working, and all of a sudden it was telling me to reinstall tried not compatible.

From the time I've got the card, until now the experience has nothing been but a total disappointment. The app features don't work well, the customer service team does not know their product well and their own internal Systems fail when raising requests on behalf of customer rendering you to wait indefinitely for the next agent to assist you... One of the worst services in the banking Industry experienced so far.
