I am Alinma bank customer since many years. When they launch, Alinma app, I registered, uploaded some money. As of now, could not use the E wallet function. Could not use the digital card. Uninstall and reinstalled it. It kept on crashing. Bank service is good, but they have to do something about this app, to save reputation. I am not sure, how to get my money out of alinma app now :-)

I had a disappointing experience with Alinmapay. I sent money on November 17, but it didn’t credit to my account. After several follow-ups, the funds were returned three days later, but 13.62 riyal was deducted, in addition to the 11.50 riyal transfer fee. This resulted in a total loss of 25.12 riyal without any benefit. I expected a full refund for the unsuccessful transfer. This has been my first negative experience with such services, and I hope they can improve.

Avoid using Alinmapay. My experience with this app has been disappointing. I transferred funds to my bank account overseas, but the money has yet to arrive. When I contacted customer support, they informed me that the transfer could take up to 48 hours, and they didn't open a ticket and advised me to call them back after 2 days. The use the trap by keeping little higher rate then others.
