The app is VERY buggy, it can take multiple submissions before a reservation at the a la carte can be made. Cl8cking on entertainment links can result in a blank page and spinning timer. It has potential but the bugs make it very frustrating at times.

Cant do anything on it. Have no clue whats going on at the resort and no one tells you anthything. Worst Resort ever!!! Stay away from Bahia in Punta Cana! Im a Gold member on Expedia and one reason I booked the Bahia was I got $795 in Resort credit. They refuse to give me and says its only a discount I would get of merchandise in their hotel "Shop". Any stores not in where lobby is do not except credit. They told me the Resort lies so they only except cash or credit card for this reason. Worst!

This app is temperamental and carries alot of out of date information and has poor load speeds, especially on Bahia Principe networks. For example do not expect the menus in the restaurants to be accurate. We made our meal choices based on dietary requirements, only to find that dishes that were perfect were not on new menus. Yet the new menus were not and are still not reflected on the app. Update: Scheduled room service via app, never arrived. App is so poor.
