I really like the ability to make pmts via the "My Spectrum" app because it's easily understandable & a quick process. Your app is so much easier to navigate than most of the apps I use as I'm no longer "tech-saavy" since retiring 16 yrs ago. One thing, however, it's now become necessary to research reducing my monthly bill, as it's increasingly difficult for me to manage on my fixed income. I like Spectrum cable and the cust service & technicians are outstanding!

the app is great and very convenient. however don't be fooled by spectrum formerly known as Time Warner Cable, there's a reason they changed their name many years ago. they will lie straight to your face to get you to buy a new cell phone, after going through that ordeal and still waiting on my refund after speaking to some people at FedEx this happens a whole lot more especially with elderly people and the phone that I first got I would never pay $200 for a 32 GB phone that doesn't work right

Since a recent update, the app logs me out every time and requires logging back in. Additionally, when the app loads, it is missing significant information such as billing amount, etc. Some tabs such as the Support tab either do not load at all, do not load fully, or take an unusually long period of time to load. I tried reinstalling. I tried the beta version (then went back to regular). I have also restarted my phone.
