The concept of this app is really cool and we were really excited to use it for touring Stanley Park today, but after the first few stops it just kept crapping out 30 seconds in. My phone had full LTE bars and it would start to play the recording when I was near the checkpoints, so I'm not sure why it wasn't playing all the way through. They get you to download the tour when you purchase it, so it really shouldn't have been an issue, but even if I toggled manually between locations and tried to press play on the recordings it would just cut off. Perhaps there is an issue with their recordings? Really disappointed as I would have purchased more tours in the future since the idea is so convenient and (would be) cost effective. As it it is, I just wasted $7 on a tour. The only saving grace is that the script for each stop is available to read. I hope they improve this aspect of the service in the future. If I have to download the tour anyways, there shouldn't be an issue just toggling and playing the recordings.

Thanks for the review Lydia. The good news is it's not an issue with our recordings. It occasionally happens if the signal (WIFI or mobile) drops during the installation. Your only hearing part of the audio as that's all that downloaded before the signal drop. If this happens, an uninstall / reinstall will fix the issue.
