Horrible app horrible company . I got my free sample galon a few dats ago . After buying the 10 coupons bundle . Than there is no visible way to use the coupons inside the app so logically i tried reaching iut to customer service . 3 days of trying and i was never able to speak to a representative nether on a call or on whatsapp . It would be much more convenient to just drive to the supermarket and exchange the water galons myself

One of the worst app I have ever used. Take multiple attempts to login. Placing an order is a challenge as the response is slow. Payment redirection mostly times-out. And even after 10 days of placing my order, my coupons are not added to my digital coupon account. Whenever I called to their help center, there is always this same person who helps me, which means their IT is dependent on this one person who is handling everything. This is not expected from a brand like Nestle. Very disappointing.

Pathetic app. I've been trying to add coupons to my cart and they won't appear. I tried calling 10 times and every time the customer support would hang up because they don't want to speak English or the problem scares them away.
