This is a fantastic app—focused, user-friendly, and regularly updated with new features. However, over the past couple of months, I've noticed a few issues. Occasionally, an error message pops up, asking you to try again. Also, the screen misaligns when accessing the levels. On the positive side, the property ground planning feature is excellent, with high-quality photos. I also appreciate not having to go through the intro screens each time.

LOVE the app, but like others, I haven't been able to cash out for over a month. I have emailed support, and also messages through Facebook don't help. I never get the call or text code. Have already reset my settings, and reinstalled the app. I have changed my reward choice, too. NOTHING HELPS. I have been doing this app for over 10 years and have never had issues like this! NO ONE ANSWERS EMAILS. Developer answering to email them when I already said twice that no one responds!

I successfully redeemed one offer without assistance. The second offer was manually redeemed after I had multiple issues and wasted much time. My third and final attempt was rejected the day after I spent over 20 minutes trying to submit. This app is a huge waste of time, and there are only a handful of offers available. If you are interested in saving money while shopping, I recommend ibotta for in store and online shopping. Mypoints and Rakuten are also good for online shopping.
