Mobile app hasn't been working. Also, watching "recordings and subset of channels" outside of the home is NOT an option even though that's the error code that continues to pop up on my device(s). I called technical support and the rep mentioned my problem would be "brought up at the next meeting". Update: No update from company after 2 1/2 months since last review. Going to YTTV

I've been with Sparklight, previously CableOne for many years. For internet, they are my only option. Their new TV streaming service is piss poor. The cost is outrageous. I will be switching as soon as I can find a reliable streaming service. Sparklight TV sucks, and I do not recommend it.

This app is available on the TiVo streaming de device but no way to bring up the channel list on it, 2nd thing you can't save favorite channels and ignore all others like regular TiVo, 3rd can't remove channels you don't pay for, 4th serious $174 for a little over 100 channels when I can pay $75 for at least 8other companys for more channels.
