I typically use this app for parking for sporting events. It shows tons of parking options and the prices. Once we had an issue with the parking venue (not the app) and ended up paying extra. Spot hero refunded us with no issues! Great customer service, very responsive. The app is easy to use. You can make last-minute adjustments and payment through the app, so there is no need to fuss when leaving.

Doesn't allow a separate email for personal and business expenses, and doesn't seem to provide any receipts for filing company expenses. I mean.. these are basic things. Edit: In response to the developer's response, no, you cannot add a separate email. The app simply says it's "linked to a Google account and cannot be changed", for any profile created.

Those that have complained, have legitimate concerns. My parking structure doesn't allow IN and OUT parking. Once you leave, you lose your reservation. Spot Hero doesn't compensate for this. SpotHero will take your money, and then you're stuck paying double the fee to re-enter plus the fee that was charged using their service. Quite literally, you're being charged for something that you cannot use. At the very least, allow the end user to utilize the credit. Very shady.
