Tracfone went from OK to worse since Verizon bought them. It has been terrible trying to add data or texts. I don't use or want a monthly plan. It became difficult to use Tracfone's online site, and this app is hit and miss, too. Their customer service personnel are friendly and helpful, but I just want to easily use their site or app to add texts or data when needed without problems. A long time customer.

Here's their latest error message: "SORRY, SOMETHING WENT WRONG. Message Failure": Constantly malfunctions; more often than not. This has been true for years. No updates have helped. Each new version just introduces a new series of errors, delays, confusions. Terrible technical writing; unbelievably bad programming. Often it takes a half hour and a dozen tries to get through.

My data has stopped working out of nowhere twice in one month, due to TracFone not automatically sending the data settings updates to my phone. Had to call the TracFone customer service twice to have two different settings updates sent to my phone to download to correct the issues. Now since downloading the latest and separate TracFone update, my data is messed up again and not allowing me to text any images. Whenever I try, it says Message Not Sent: service not activated on network. FIX THIS!!!
