It does not register your booking and you need to import it manually. Then. For the check-in, you need to indicate the booking reference again. And it does not open directly the boarding pass by you need external app.

Dear Air Arabia, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with experience,Despite numerous attempts to resolve my issues through email and telephone communications, I have not received any satisfy resolution, They having a bad policy, once you book the ticket and cancelled by them,they refund as credit balance. If you cannot travel within a specific period, that amount totaly lose for you, can't be used to relative family's, that's really ridiculous policy, refund or extend my credit.

Worst airline I have ever travelled. My recent experience have proved Air Arabia the worst Airline I have ever travelled in my past two decades travelling history. Never plan your trip on the basis of Air Arabia flight schedule.or get ready to change you destination station to disrupt your whole plan. On the other hand this app does not allow booking and does not show Boarding passes too.
