Updated: 1 star Been playing this game for about a month now, & I'm VIP 8. The nation system ruined the game for us all. Customer support was absolutely HATEFUL this morning (happy to share screen shots). They're on some nerdy power trip. Everyone is furious, and they don't care AT ALL about any of us. Do not spend $ on this!! Original review: 5 stars Great game with new content and events coming out constantly. Graphics are great, gameplay is smooth, and the rewards systems are fantastic.

While the gameplay is entertaining, there are frequent bugs, like falling thru platforms after entering an instance or being auto directed off the map instead at the target enemies and stuck falling. Those are to be expected with a new game. However, the customer service department is trash. They take too long to respond & when a bug affecting the account occurs, in regards to gold, bound gold or points earned in game, they rely on the system record instead of what is reported, with screenshots

It's cute. It's fun, I guess, for now. I think it's pretty hilarious that I have heard 4 different voice actors for 1 dialog character, LOL. There is definitely a lot of lag. It cuts out dialog, and half the time, I notice that the music over dubs the voice audio. I hate that I keep getting stuck in what's called creating a friend's list setting. I don't want to do that. I just want to play the story line. There are way too many things going on at once. I don't want to join or creat a Guild.
