Spent 2 hours trying to accept tickets. I have had no issues in the past. Tickets would never show in the app like usual. Just got a blank screen. Somehow used a follow up email to bypass the app and they showed up in Google Wallet. Clunky process. I see others have had similar issues. Please fix or let us print tickets.

Terrible app. I've had issues accessing tickets before, for years. Now I'm trying to transfer tickets with another ticket holder and I can't even access my tickets. I call the number and they don't have actual humans to talk to to help me remedy the situation. This app is terrible and it's clear other people are still having issues with it. If you are not going to fix your app, you need to allow another way for ticket holders to get into the event

App needs a huge update. It used to open and get stuck after switching tabs. Now it won't open at all for the last several weeks, just freezes on all white screen w/ chiefs logo. The app was also supposed to offer all preseason games from what I read online. The only one I was able to get was the last half of the first game, while I was visiting MO, which was also difficult to even get playing. As soon as I went back to FL, it would only offer radio. Deleting app/relying on others for now.
