I love this app. I use the free version, and these are really good workouts with no equipment required. I wasn't the first to notice the results. The real shock came when my children thought I had body work done after just 45 days. I thought they were trying to be funny until I started getting asked the same thing by strangers in public. Transparency moment: I did struggle with a lot of the exercises in the beginning. I kept having to pause and get back at it. Just keep building because it works

I am a person with progressive multiple sclerosis. 1st, I used this app during the coronavirus pandemic. At that time, I couldn't jump and was not able to perform the exercises properly. However, working with this app, I got better. Of course, it was not fast, and based on my experiences , it's one session per day, is not enough. But one can go through more sessions. After the pandemic, I started going to the gyme and physiotherapy, so I did not need the app.

I find this app incredibly helpful for staying motivated and working out in the morning. They're short, quick workouts in here that you could do when you don't have a whole lot of time, like the 2 minute hit and then they have those like 30 day total body workouts that I really like and I love the stretches where the pre-and post runs as well. Those are very helpful and really do help with them. The tightness in my legs and feet right before a run. Oh, and let's not forget the pricing.
