I like this app. I can actually feel the burn in its workouts. Personally I think that it should not time you while doing a workout that doesn't have to be timed, because the timer is too slow and no one works out that slow. I think there should be a button you could press when you're done with the exercise. But otherwise, I really like this app. I love the tips it gives you, and the way the app separates its days. I also really like that it schedules a rest day.

I found this app because I wanted something that was pretty easy to use and doesn't take forever. I really liked this just because it's super simple, easy to use, and you even track stuff on it. If you have google fit you can link them but I don't so idk how that works. Usually takes about 4-5 minutes for each work out and you can even repeat the exercises on different days. I'm seeing results after about 6 days even after skipping 1-2 days. You don't have to pay for it and it even gives tips for healthy living. They do get easier to do even if it's really hard at first. I had problems doing them in the beginning and I went back and did the first one and it was easier to. It does work out other muscle groups besides just your abs. Recommend 10/10.

Love it, but I wish there was an option to turn off the sound ticker, like there is to turn off the voice and helping tips. The ticker, as mentioned by others, is too slow. I understand some people want to hold the pose, but when I try to do the exercise based on count and not beat, it gets annoying. I still enjoy the end ring to alert me timed activities are done, but I wish there was a bit more customization. Ads are not overwhelming and exercises themselves are well planned and effective.
