This app is never synced with what the actual store has to offer. And what's weird is if you're standing in the store the price for an item will be different than it is inside the app. And all you really have to do is order it on the app for pickup and stand there for 15 minutes. I did this with Christmas lights and saved over $3 per unit. In the store they would not give me the difference I had to actually order it through the app. That is super annoying.

Now they've done it! Ace Hardware has always been the best in customer service but their App has taken it a step further. It can be seen that a lot of thought was put into it. Nice large images of the items, great details in the descriptions but going further in providing the item number right on the image is great. Apps should be useful and easy to use and this app does that well. I especially like the large area of the options for pick up, delivery or shipping. I appreciate the app

Can't log in with existing account. When I attempt to log in with my current Ace Rewards account, it tells me that the account already exists and to use a different email address. The app initially indicates current accounts can log in, however, it appears to treat every login as a new sign up. Why they don't have separate sign in options for new or existing accounts is beyond me. Very disappointed.
