New app looks nicer, but after installing it, one of my lights will no longer turn on and off on schedule or through manual control. The app is seeing the light just fine though. Also buggy, like you can add the same device infinity. It shows a Mac address when adding things, but no other way to check the Mac address, like checking to see if you added something already. I want my money back for the light that broke due to this app.

Old app wasn't great, but at least it worked. This version tells me two of my three devices are not on the wifi. But all the devices say they are. Removed and tried to re-add an "offline" one. The device again says it is connected, but the app wont let me add it to the app saying the device is NOT on the wifi. Support says they are working on it, but in the meantime I can use the manual controls. Not a very good response from support. If they fix this "new" app, I will revise my rating.

This issue should be resolved. Some devices were receiving an error while trying to update their firmware. Once the firmware finishes updating, you should be able to add it to the mobile app.

Updating my review. The app was working flawlessly July 2nd when I got the email about the 2.0.1 release. July 3rd and even today I got an error that says cannot connect to the server. To fix this error, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Logged back in and now everything works flawlessly. Thanks again for the quick response Miracle-Gro.

The application will do this when it's backgrounded and brought back to the foreground. We will be releasing a 2.0.2 release next week and a 2.0.3 the following. This fix will be in one of those releases. In the meantime, Try Again typically resolves this issue.
