Prices are reasonable cheaper in most cases. Audio quality is good though does vairy in loudness. My only criticism is that some books are recorded in tracks not whole chapters. And it splits the chapter into 7 or 8 tracks and you lose some of the book in those track changes. update 4.26.19. audio books will now download the first 2 or 3 chapters/tracks then stop. no issues when I first started to listen to books on here but has continously has problems for the past 8 months or so

Service is good. But sometimes books jump and skip like a scratched CD. App is glitchy: Loses its place. Often can't restart play after stopping, literally won't play so need to turn on airplane mode to cut internet. Can't shop for possible purchases while playing. Issue seems to be that the app gets confused while communicating with the mother ship via internet. I don't like getting a "congratulations" email when I finish a book, not sn occasion for congrats and the tracking is irritating.

This app worked for months...but now it keeps looping the same track over and over, or it will play a random snippet of a previous track then back to looping the track again. Its impossible to listen to my book when driving because the only way to get to the next track is to stop the app shut it down and manually get to the "tracks" section and scroll to the track you need to jump to and start it. Hard to do while driving....but even more frustrating is that you have to repeat that each track.
