wow.. this has to be be most unresponsive and glitchy "shopping" app in existence. I love B&N and always prefer to shop with them vs. Amazon for my books, but GOD do they make it difficult. I've had the app on my phone for months and have YET to be able to actually log in. Uninstall, reinstall, force shut down, I've done it all. and nothing.

There's a lot to be desired with this app. It's really archaic and basic. Also buggy. Signs me out all the time and/or generates error messages. Not user friendly. They could do a ton with this app but choose to neglect it despite the comment they're working to update it. It's slow to load with a ton of latency. Just doesn't function well at all. even with the improvements it's still trash. straight garbage. you would think they'd see the ratings and do better.

Dont waste your time on this app. This app never allows me to sign in. It allows me to input my info and enable biometrics, then gets stuck "loading" me in. Screen never changes, just see a spinning circle. Even when I exit out to log in again, it gives me "error" messages. I've deleted the app, re-downloaded it, keep my phone updated, reset my phone and nothing works. I even waited for the app to finally have an update and it still has not fixed the sign in issues. I just use the website now.
