I have Beltone hearing aids now for one year. I love them. I hate this application. It stops whenever it feels like it. I put my hearing aids on then go to the app to connect them. They connect and soon thereafter the app stops. This is very annoying as we rely on the app to help our hearing aids. I turn the app on at least 20 times a day because it keeps stopping. Please do something about this. It's a very important tools for me and others.

I am blind and use a screen reader. The app is not accessible. I can't read the status to tell me how much charge thhe battery has. I can't read the different volume sliders to tell which part of the hearing aide I turn up or down or the number of the volume. I contacted the company with feedback on how to make the volume more accessible, and the company said they could fix it maybe in a year, but they would escalate the issue

I've had these hearing aids for over 2 yrs. This app sucks. Half the time it won't connect to the hearing aids. The hearing aids aren't much better. It's hard to even understand people. I've gone through 3 techs at the beltone I got them at. Still no good total waste of money. With hearing aids can't hear or understand and with the app can't use.
