I have payed for an article but I don't see any information in "Orders & Returns". Also I didn't receive any email with conformation about my purchase order (although the money has already been withdrawn from my bank account). Is this a normal situation for Best Secret? When I buy from other sites, I get an automatic notification. Can somene explain, please? EDITED: I HAVE GOT my money back, thank you! I still want buy some articles but there is no changes in "Orders & Returns". HELP!!!

It's very bad and nerve breaking on refunds. Still waiting for my payment since the 18th of October. Got a message from the bank that my payment is due in 5 working days which it means that MAYBE I'll get my refund around the 5-6 of November.,That is 3 weeks for a refund of one single item. Also there is no customer service, its a deliberate lack of communication from this scam site. No response to emails.

Excellent app, great features for quick and easy usage. Good customer service, never had an issue, hope it stays like that. After update I need to login manually again, get some real programmers
