I had stopped ordering from here because everytime I did my orders were wrong. Missing food always missing extra toast every single time. so last month I ordered again after a approx 6 month break. And low and behold my order was wrong. For the first time I called and they fixed it were poliet and quick about. So today I ordered again. missing my toast Again and pickles. No extra season. Actually no season as at. The new chicken bits were good. And my chips were perfectly cut and cooked.

Too invasive. Takes way too much personal information, immediately starts begging to send notifications so it can spam you. Don't bother. Also starts begging for tips. This is fast food, what am I actually tipping for??? There is literally no service. You are making a meal and handing it to me. The excessive tip culture has become ridiculous. If a restaurant has a server, the server gets tipped. But I'm not tipping a corporation. Insanity.

It's honestly a really bad experience. The app will not remember your login information, so you must do that yourself, unlike all other apps I have on my phone. You don't actually order anything through the app, it just directs you to a link on their website and you order from there. Rendering the app completely useless. A side note, you can't order at a drive through like a normal restaurant and must order through the app (or website).
